  You can sign up for the Clarks Rewards program at clarks.hk

• What are the advantages of becoming a member of Clarks Rewards program?

  You get a $50 voucher that can be applied to all of our items! You will also start earning points and more. You can refer to our tier benefits table for all member-only perks.

• How do I use my $50 welcome reward voucher?

  You get your welcome voucher automatically when you sign up as a member! Discount will be applied automatically at checkout when shopping on Clarks.hk.

• What are Clarks reward points? Does it cost anything to begin earning Clarks reward points?

  Reward points are points you can earn on every purchase you make when you sign up for the Clarks Reward program. There is no membership fee required. You can start earning points the moment you have created your Clarks Rewards account ready.

• How can I earn Clarks Reward points?

  Clarks Reward points will be credited into your loyalty account. 1 HKD spent is equal to 1 Clarks Reward point.

• What are the tier rewards?

  There is only 1 tier. You may refer to the table for the rewards you will be getting for each tier.

• Will I be able to use my points in-store?

  No, the current Clarks Reward program only applies on Clarks.hk.

• Will I be able to use my Clarks reward points for online purchase?

  Absolutely, you can redeem Clarks reward points toward purchases on Clarks.hk.

• How do I redeem my Clarks Reward points?

  You can redeem your Clarks Reward points by converting them into a voucher to offset your next purchase at clarks.hk. Do note that once you have converted your points into a voucher, that voucher must be used within 1 month. Expiry of the voucher without any use will mean that your points are forfeit.

• Do Clarks Reward points ever expire?

  Unfortunately yes. The Clarks Reward points will expire in 12 months from the time that it is credited into your loyalty account.

• Can I stack my Clarks Reward points with ongoing promotions?

  Clarks Reward points need to first be converted into a voucher to be utilized and is stackable with other vouchers and/or other ongoing promotions.

• How do I keep track of how many Clarks Reward points I have?

  You can track them in your loyalty account.

• Can I use my Clarks Reward points on discounted products?

  Yes, Clarks Reward points can be converted into cash vouchers and you can use it over discounted products in Clarks.hk.

• Do I need to use all my Clarks Reward points at once?

  It's your choice! You can use them all at once or save them up for a special occasion. However, please note that they expire with 12 months.

• How can I maintain my tier status?

  Once the account is created, it will not expire.

• Can I earn Clarks Reward points when I shop overseas?

  Unfortunately no. You can only earn Clarks Reward points when you shop at Clarks.hk.

• Who can I contact if I have problem with my account or query on Clarks Reward points?

• Can I delete my account?

  Yes. However, we are sorry to have to see you go. Should you wish to continue with deletion, do feel free to contact our customer service with your registered email address.

  Please note that once your account is deleted:

  • We will not retain any of your records, including details of your past orders & transactions with us.
  • Any Clarks Reward points previously earned and current vouchers will be forfeited.
  • You will not be able to participate in any members-only events and rewards.
  • You will not be receiving any marketing emails that relate to promotions and other loyalty-related communications.
  • However, you may receive certain transactional emails from us should you place new orders in the future or from user-initiated communications with us.
