This website is intended for use by adult consumers residing in Hong Kong only and for delivery within Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

1. Pricing

1.1. We has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate. In the event of any typographical pricing errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, we reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products incorrectly priced, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged or a confirmation was sent. In the event that your credit card was charged for the incorrect amount and your order is cancelled, will reimburse your credit card for the full amount you were charged.

1.2. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

1.3. All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All prices are inclusive of tax where appropriate (if any) but do not include delivery charges.

1.4. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through this website may differ from prices in store.

2. How your order is processed

2.1. After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgment of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order.

2.2. If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.

3. Availability

3.1. Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgment of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that any despatch times given/provided are just estimates and shall not be taken to be a guarantee or be relied upon as such.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment can be made by using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express card, Union Pay, Wechat Pay, Alipay CN, Alipay HK, FPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

5.1. These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of any goods or services to you by us, and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions.

If any dispute arises regarding any of our products or services or these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved in good faith, you agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of this website.

6. Delivery

6.1. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.

6.2. We can deliver your order to an address of your choice. The delivery address must be in Hong Kong. We reserve the right not to deliver to areas that are remote or that require security Pass/ Clearance, or other areas that we are not able to delivery.

For home delivery, the delivery charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items ordered. The maximum order you will be able to make is sixteen items/pairs of shoes, of which no more than two sizes can be of the same style.

7. Standard Delivery

7.1. The standard home delivery charge is HKD 70. Any order with total amount above HKD 600 will be complimentary shipping across Hong Kong.

8. Returns

8.1. We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them (subject to compliance with the below return terms).

8.2. Items must be defective items, different from our product images, mismatch products, packed in their original condition, unworn and returned within 14 days of receiving them. You may get in touch with us using our online contact form to initiate a return.

9. How We can cancel this agreement

9.1. We reserve the right to cancel the order if:-

• We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order.
• We are unable to obtain payment.
• We do not deliver to your area.
• A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified.

To register as a Clarks Rewards Member, you are required to provide the information such as name, birthday month, mobile number, e-mail address, in order to receive all eligible rewards; and (ii) verify your email address by receiving am email verification code after registration. A registered email address serves as the unique identifier in this Application. One email address can be registered as the Clarks Rewards Member for one time. 15.5 You warrant and represent that all the information you provided to us upon registration as a Clarks Rewards Member is true, accurate and complete.

15.6 You agree to notify us immediately by updating your personal profile(s) upon change of any of your information submitted to us when you registered as a Clarks Rewards Member. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from your omission, negligence and/or failure to supply us with your updated information and the accuracy and completeness of those information.

15.7 Please note that spending will only be calculated and Points to be accumulated after your installation of this Application, opening the Clarks Rewards Account and registering as the Clarks Rewards Member.

15.8 Clarks Rewards offers 1 level of Membership Tier, namely Clarks Rewards Member. By registering as a Clarks Rewards Membership, you will become the Clarks Rewards Member. Upon successful registration as a Clarks Rewards Member, he/she will receive $50 cash coupon as welcome offer.

15.9 Clarks Rewards Member will receive 1 reward point for each $1 dollar spent in the Clarks Official Website.

15.10 Once a redemption order is confirmed by a member, Points required for the redemption will be deducted from the Clarks Rewards Account immediately, and the redemption order cannot be amended or cancelled.

15.11 Points and spending records are non-transferrable and cannot be merged or combined from different Clarks Rewards Accounts.

15.12 Points do not carry any cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in lieu of cash.

15.13 We reserve the right not only to deduct points and spending from your Clarks Rewards Account but to take all actions which we consider to be appropriate if we suspect that such Points and spending records were obtained via fraudulent, dishonest means or in such other manner not in accordance with these Terms of Use.

15.15 We give no warranty or representation in relation to any rewards, redemption products and/or services in connection with this program or their suitability for any purpose.

15.16 We shall not be liable for any loss of Points and spending records or loss or damage suffered as a result of a technical defect or error that prevents us from retrieving information relating to your points balance from our computer systems.

15.17 We reserves the right to terminate your Clars Rewards Account and/or your participation in the Clarks Rewards if we determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your Clarks Rewards Account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

15.18 We reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel Clarks Rewards or Clarks Rewards Account at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.

15.19 Members can cancel the Clarks Rewards Account through sending an email to our customer service team at onlineenquiries.hk@clarks.com and the Clarks Rewards membership will be terminated upon confirmed by our customer service agent. Any Points, spending records and rewards remaining in the Clarks Rewards Account will be forfeited and will not be returned in any way. In the event that your Clarks Rewards Account is terminated by Clarks for any reason(s), your Points will also be forfeited. And the used registered phone number and email address cannot be used for registration again.

16. Password and security

16.1. If you use the site and have registered for an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and also for ensuring that unauthorized access to your account is prohibited. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your information is kept confidential to you and we would therefore recommend that you use a password unique to us.
